Dear Parents,

Due to deteriorating river conditions the event organisers have made the decision to cancel Maidenhead Junior Regatta.

I am currently in discussions with LEH about holding some informal races from their boathouse on Sunday morning (from about 10am) and afternoon. This will only be possible if the water conditions on their stretch of the Thames are deemed safe. I cannot give you any more information at this time but as soon as any firm plans are put in place I will update the HSOBC website and let you know by email.

Thank you very much for your patience and understanding, hopefully we will be able to come up with a good alternative to Maidenhead. If you have any questions please do contact me.

Kind regards,

Chris Hermes
