Dear Parents and Athletes,
Before you read any further please complete this link regarding transport to the event. Thank you :)
Bedford Amateur Regatta is being run on the River Great Ouseon Sunday 7th May over 1,200 meter course. . Headington have entered crews in both the J14 and J15 age groups. This event is great preparation for National School Regatta.
As the events the girls are entered into are spread out throughout the day we recommend making your own way or car share to the regatta if possible. We will organise transport in the form of a coach if needed. We will be taking one minibus which has 14 seats available if enough girls are making their own way to the event.
Please can I ask you to complete the google form by Thursday evening. This enables us enough time to organise travel. Email Helen Leigh at Hbleigh@headingtonschool.com if you have any questions or queries regarding travel.
Location:
The race venue address is:
Duck Mill Ln,
Bedford,
MK42 0AX
The Draw:

The girl's crews will be confirmed at training early this week (if they have not been already).
If your daughter is told she is racing but is in fact now unavailable for any reason please let Helen Leigh know as soon as possible.
Transport:
As mentioned above we would recommend making your own way or car share to the event as some races don't begin until 14:00. Please complete the google form so I am able to organise travel and update all parents.
